We said our tearful adieus at Fenn
Then started our hike at Race Creek Trailhead
I won't see them again til God knows when
T'was a long four miles all up in my head
It took 4 days to get to the station
Over rocky steep & slippery slopes
And now begins our 5 month vacation
So far its lived up to all of our hopes
