The chainsaw training hitch was honestly such a good time. We supercrewed, so we actually got to hang out with the other forestry crews, which made everything way more fun. By the end of the day, we were totally covered in ash from the saw, and it was so awesome, like a free dirt tattoo. Even though we were new to it, everyone was so encouraging, and we all had each other’s backs. And of course, hanging out with our field coordinator (Tata Todd) just made the whole thing even better. Honestly, my favorite hitch, I didn’t want it to end.
