Application Timeline

  • Rolling Basis: We accept applications on a rolling basis – early applications are encouraged!
  • Review Begins: The application review process will begin mid-March
  • Multiple Sessions: If you're interested in more than one session, please indicate all desired dates on your application. While we can't guarantee participation in multiple sessions, we do our best to accommodate when possible.

Application Requirements

  • The application is best completed by the teen applicant and a parent/guardian working together.
  • The Youth Program Release form included in the application MUST be signed by the parent/guardian. Applications missing this signature may result in the application not being received or a delay in processing.

Medical Review and Safety Process

  • Initial Review: Before an application is processed, the medical history section is reviewed by MCC staff.
  • Follow-Up Call: An MCC staff member may contact you to discuss medical, mental health, and/or medication information. This conversation is typically 15–20 minutes.
  • Additional Consultation: After the call, we may need to consult further with MCC’s Medical Advisor and/or Behavioral Health Consultant before a final decision is made.

This case-by-case review is essential. Our top priority is safety, and this process ensures we maintain a safe and supportive environment for every participant.
