This position is for an experienced manager with an interest and passion for developing young leaders, contributing to social change, and improving our environment.
As a member of our Executive Leadership Team, this position reports directly to the CEO and supervises all MCC corps member development activities. The Vice President for Programs will ensure the continued vitality of our nationally-recognized young adult AmeriCorps conservation corps crew-based programs and our fast-growing individual placement program serving partners and communities across Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota. These two programs have excellent reputations and program staff operations. Other programs the position oversees are the expanding youth programs geared to Montana high schoolers and our programs in partnership with indigenous communities.
