  • Regional Program Manager

    Location: recruiting for positions in Missoula, MT and Kalispell, MT
    Fulltime exempt: $ 43,680
    Health/dental insurance available Year-Round with 10% employee contribution for an individual

    Travel/lodging reimbursement and per diem for all work-related travel

  • Montana Conservation Corps is seeking a Regional Program Manager for both our Kalispell and Missoula regions. This position is for an experienced individual with an interest and passion for helping to deliver MCC’s mission of developing young leaders, contributing to social change, and improving our environment.

    The Regional Program Manager staff position is responsible for the internal operations and day-to-day management of Montana Conservation Corps (MCC) field programs and participants within a region, including the supervision of regional Field Coordinators. Primary duties include participant hiring and onboarding, program implementation, quality monitoring and reporting of all MCC field programs operating within the region, oversight of member and leader progress toward completion of program objectives, compliance with all MCC policies, procedures, protocols, and adherence to safety and administrative standards.

  • BLACKFEET PARTNERSHIPS LIAISON

    Location: Browning preferred (willing to consider remote work)
    Part-time (25-30 hours per week)
    Hourly Rate: $ 20 per hour

  • Montana Conservation Corps (MCC) is hiring a Blackfeet Partnerships Liaison. The purpose of the position is to support the development of a service corps for young people from the Blackfeet Nation. Duties include convening local stakeholder groups, building new partnerships, coordinating seasonal programming, and developing a proposal for a long-term programming model. The position is hosted by Buffalo Hide Academy and will work closely with MCC staff. The Blackfeet Partnerships Liaison is a temporary position through December 31, 2021.
