    Program Dates: 02/12/2024-10/25/2024
    Living Allowance: $1,440.00 biweekly before taxes are taken out

This is an incredibly important to position to help our leaders lead! Moving from the teacher role to the mentor and coach role, you will have an opportunity to use all of your past knowledge and skills of leading a crew to help others navigate potential hazards and hardships, and also still be part of the celebration of a job well done.  The Senior Crew Leader’s responsibilities include training of Field and Expedition Leaders and field visitation.  The Senior Crew Leader helps ensure that MCC's policies and procedures are followed by all members and leaders while establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with project partners.
