Nicki Bailey | Vice President of Programs and Operations
Nicki grew up in the foothills of Colorado. She's worked in the outdoor industry since '09, and finds joy in developing leaders, strategy, people and teams. Nicki spent much of her teens and 20's teaching in Latin America. Prior to MCC, Nicki worked for Outward Bound, Montana Wilderness School, Crosscut Mountain Sports Center and Adventure Cycling Association. She's happiest with her family and friends out on a long bikepacking trip. Nicki was wooed to Montana (indirectly via MCC!) in 2015 and lives with her family in Bozeman.
