Nicki Bailey | Vice President of Programs and Operations
At Adventure Cycling, Nicki led the organization through a major strategic reorganization and strengthened its flagship field programs. Prior to Adventure Cycling, Nicki was the Operations Director for Crosscut Mountain Sports Center in Bozeman where she also led their Ski Education programs, and before that she supported operations and recruitment for the Montana Wilderness School. Of her past work, Nicki reflects, "My strength is keeping the same soul and commitment to mission while adapting delivery so outcomes stay strong, staff stay supported, and the organization stays stable."
