Jess joined MCC as the Recruitment & Admissions Coordinator, excited to help future members discover the adventure and purpose found in service. Her journey began in scouting, where she developed a love for the outdoors and a passion for helping her community, and later grew through her work at Montana State University, supporting students and managing customer service operations with a focus on mentorship and growth. A dedicated hiker and explorer, Jess feels most at home on Montana’s trails and values connecting with people from all walks of life. When she’s not outdoors, she’s often cooking with her partner, journaling with her two cats nearby, or hosting a cozy meal for friends. She’s eager to bring her warmth, organizational strengths, and lifelong dedication to service into her work at MCC, helping others step into opportunities that change lives.
