When we learned that we would be making pancakes, that day Gus and I started to pick as many huckleberries as we could, whenever we could. At every OSHA break and all lunches we'd pick huckleberries. As the breakfast with pancakes came around, we had about a pound of berries to put into the pancakes
As Gus pulled the breakfast things out I found them and thought of a fun way to make huckleberry pancakes. I was going to decorate each pancake with the first letter of everyone's name, and cool pictures of fish and bears. The pancakes were a lot of fun to make, and better the eat. Overall I had a great time with MCC working hard.
