Our Community
Despite the breathtaking vistas, unprecedented access to ancient forests, and pristine water bodies, our city is tightly knit. There are a number of community clubs and events that are always looking for new participants. Depending on the season, you may find farmer's markets, bike races, neighborhood cookouts, concerts, and friendly locals who are proud of the work MCC accomplishes in the valley. Alumni often say they were impressed by the warm welcome from the community and the number of relationships they formed during their term of service.
