Jono McKinney - Chief Executive Officer/President jono@mtcorps.org Jono McKinney is the Chief Executive Officer and President of MCC. Before MCC Jono was the director of an environmental education program in Alaska, an instructor with NOLS for ten years, and a high school teacher. With this background in experiential learning, Jono’s focus has been to make MCC a premier AmeriCorps national service experience and one of the most fulfilling outdoor learning adventures you’ve ever had. Expect to see Jono swinging a tool along side you on a project or helping you decipher a topo map. Jono lives in Bozeman with his wife, Laurie, and two young children, Bridger and Erin. |  |

Lee Gault - Program Director lee@mtcorps.org Lee has been with the MCC since 1995, the last 12 as Program Director. Prior to joining the MCC, Lee spent 10 years with the Colorado and North Carolina Outward Bound Schools. He has also done time as a wilderness therapist, classroom teacher and counselor. He holds Masters Degrees in Experiential Education and Counseling. Lee, his wife Teresa and daughter Sadie recently moved to Bozeman and look forward to putting down roots in their beautiful new home town. |  |

Wendy Wigert - Director of Operations wendy@mtcorps.org Wendy has worked with MCC since 1995; she grew up in Ohio and lived in Boston where she met her partner in life Sven. The two moved to Bozeman in 1993. They have two children — Svea born in 2000 and Jack in 2002. Wendy now tries to balance her work with the need to spend quality time with the family finding bugs, singing songs, reading books, and playing with Legos. If you can find her with a free moment, she’ll probably have the answer to your question. |  |

Gregg Harris - IT Administrator gregg@mtcorps.org With over 20 years of IT experience Gregg has been the system and network manager for MCC since 2006. Originally from California, he and his wife Renee live in a 112 year old house with their cat Buster. Following the recent completion of a rather lengthy rennovation of their historic home, Gregg now spends most of his available free time fly fishing, working with environmental organizations, and xeriscaping his yard.

Doug Posdon - Accountant doug@mtcorps.org Originally from Delaware, Doug was ready for more excitement, so he moved to Colorado in 1991, where he was everything from a ski bum to a graduate student, eventually earning his MBA from the University of Denver in 1999. Not a fan of long lift lines, he moved to Montana in 2004, and the Headwaters became his stomping ground. In his spare time, he honed his accounting skills at Moonlight, before joining MCC in 2008. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Doug can be seen skiing and mountain biking around the mountains of SW Montana as fatherhood permits. You can also find him managing & playing for the MCC softball team during the summertime, as Doug is a self-admitted sports junkie. Doug and his wife Andrea, have two sons Jeremy & Jacob, as well as a dog named Bennett. |  |

Shannon Stober - Program Manager shannon@mtcorps.org Shannon is a true National Service junkie who is known to suffer from chronic enthusiasm. Her experience with AmeriCorps in Montana includes two VISTA service terms, employment in the Governor’s Office of Community Service as the statewide Training Officer, and a run with the Montana Campus Compact as the Campus Corps Program Director. A native of Colorado, she graduated from Fort Lewis College in 2002 with a BA in Sociology. When not running her mouth, you can probably find Shannon singing a song and looking for trouble with her big mutt Monty. |  |

Aimee Kujawa - Administrative Assistant aimee@mtcorps.org Aimee is originally from the great state of Wisconsin. During college she caught the travel bug and explored Fiji, Austrailia, New Zealand, Mexico, and Europe. Upon graduation she realized she had never been out west. She moved to Montana in 2007 to be a corpsmember and realized her lost love for the mountains. She loves outside, trees, music, dancing, grapes and the color green. |  |

Jennifer Rusnak - Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator jen@mtcorps.org Originally from Ohio, Jen landed in Bozeman for the first time in 2005, after living in Gainesville, where she earned a BA from the University of Florida. She left briefly to explore Oregon in 2008, but was excited to return in the spring of 2009 to join MCC. She brings with her an abundance of non-profit experience, and a passion for youth development. Jen loves spending time outdoors, cooking, music, coffee, playing sports, building ceramic vessels, reading Forest Service cabin journals, and hanging out with her dog Buckley. |  |

Patricia Isaacs - Accounting Technician patti@mtcorps.org Patricia Isaacs was born and raised in California and has 5 sisters. She met her husband, George, in 1984 and they married and had a son, Joel, in 1989. In 1990, Patricia began working at The Paladin Group, an international motion picture manufacturer/supplier as a data entry clerk and worked her way up to the Controller position. Patti maintains her position as Controller operating from Montana. George and Patricia moved from Stevensville to Bozeman in the Trail Creek area bringing with them 3 horses, a dog, & a cat. Patricia enjoys hanging out with family & friends, horseback riding, trout fishing hoping for bragging rights around the dinner table, exploring antique stores, taking classes, or just being outdoors enjoying the day.

Jesse Gentner - Payroll Accounting Specialist jesse@mtcorps.org Originally from Seattle, Jesse moved with his family to Los Angeles when they decided it was a time for a change in the weather. He then moved to Jackson, WY where his love for snowboarding emerged. In 2002, he received a BA in Finance and Economics (with distinction) from Montana State University. Before joining MCC, Jesse perfected his terrain park building skills at Big Sky. In his spare time, you can find him collecting coffee rings on his desk, winning karaoke competitions, watching TV on DVD, golfing, and hanging out with his significant other, Chuck. Jesse's super power is sarcasm. |  |
